Alex De Minaur secured one of his biggest career wins on Sunday… but it wasn’t all good for him.

The 18-year-old Australian, currently ranked No. 208 in the world, pulled off a surprise 7-6 6-4 win over American world No. 44 Steve Johnson in the first round of Brisbane International.

However, De Minaur had a kinda embarrassing moment during the one-hour 44-minute encounter.

During a changeover, De Minaur failed to peel a banana. He gave it another try, then another, yet another, but all in vain. Eventually, he found another way to peel it.

Meanwhile, the wildcard entrant has a mountainous task ahead as he’s scheduled to cross swords with 4th seed Milos Raonic of Canada for a place in the quarter-finals.
