Former tennis player David Nalbandian, who has been pursuing motor-sport in Argentine Rallying Championship, was involved in yet another accident.

As can be seen in the video below, Nalbandian lost control of his car, which eventually skid and flipped over. He reportedly came out unscathed.

“I was a spectator and a local resident filmed it. It was really startling,” one eyewitness was quoted as saying by The Sun.

“There was a medical rescue unit and they went to help him (Nalbandian). The safety measures of the car protected him. He got out fine but he was dizzy from nerves.”

Nalbandian, who was involved in a similar crash in April, later took to his official Twitter handle to share an update with his legions of followers, rubbishing some media reports that he was in an unhealthy state.

“On the day of yesterday, running the Entre Rios Rally, we got distracted with my car on a straight during the eighth test. It simply troth of a mechanical disadvantage at the time of braking, which caused a rollover from which sail completely unharmed. Clarifying this, I want to completely deny the absurd and false statements, that people I do not know, made about my state of health in important media. They not only misinformed but generated unnecessary and meaningless concern,” he wrote.

Nalbandian, now 36, retired from tennis in 2013.
