Nadal vs Murray Live Stream Kind of clay Rafael Nadal made it through to the semifinals of the French Open 2014 by defeating countrymen David Ferrer in pretty much easy work and he setup the semifinal meeting against britains Andy Murray who defeated local favourite Gael Monfils after an epic 3 hours 30 minute battel which went into 5th set (6-4, 6-1, 4-6, 1-6, 6-0) after winning the first two sets Murray dropped the next two and things were not looking great for the scotsman but he produced a late surge to power through to the semifinals.

As you can see Andy Murray has never defeated Nadal at the clay courts and they only meet one time in the French Open back in 2011 when Nadal won the match is straight sets (6–4, 7–5, 6–4). So Murray hasto go against the odds to stop Nadal from reaching his 9 French Open final and in the last 9 years only Robin Soderling was the one who could manag a win over Nadal in French Open event so Andy Murray has to make history if he was to win against Nadal come friday afternoon.

Predictions: Nadal lost the opening set against david Ferrer and did not looked at his best but still managed to steamrol the spaniard with winning next three set, while Andy Murray had to dig deep to get a win over Gael Monfils in a marathon of a match. With all the injury worries in the last one year for Nadal and this long match might have a impact on Murray’s performance. If Nadal play anywhere near his best tennis he should beat Murray to reach another final at Roland Garros. I am going with straight sets win for Nadal.
