Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic Set Up Doubles Clash in Doha

Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are all set to resume their on-court rivalry in Doha, as the duo are scheduled to lock horns with each other not in singles this time, but in doubles category for just the second time in their career.

While Nadal and his Argentine partner Juan Monaco overcame a stiff challenge from Benjamin Becker and Artem Sitak (2-6, 6-3, 10-6) in the quarterfinals, Djokovic and fellow Serb Filip Krajinovic stunned 3rd seeds Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah (6-3, 7-5) en route the last-four stage.

Up next, Nadal-Monaco are scheduled to cross the swords with Djokovic-Krajinovic in the semifinals encounter.

Meanwhile, Djokovic also progressed into the quarterfinals of the singles event, thrashing Sergiy Stakhovsky 6-2, 6-1 in the second-round rubber on Wednesday.
