World No. 1 Novak Djokovic was on Saturday tested by not only his on-court opponent Jeremy Chardy, but also by the smoke of marijuana that kept on bothering him en route his 6-4 6-4 triumph.

It happened so after the completion of first set that the top-seeded Serb went up to the chair umpire and complained about the smoke apparently coming out of the stands.

“Someone is smoking weed, I can smell it, I’m getting dizzy,” Djokovic was quoted as saying by The Guardian. “Somebody is getting high. Can you smell it? The whole place smells of it.”

He further added that he had faced the same problem during his doubles match with compatriot Janko Tipsarevic.

“Yesterday in the doubles match, today again. Somebody’s really enjoying his life around the tennis court,” he quipped.

Meanwhile, Djokovic is scheduled to cross the swords with Great Britain’s Andy Murray in the Sunday’s title-clash.
