Nick Kyrgios nails the SABR during win over Grigor Dimitrov at Brisbane International

Nick Kyrgios had jokingly claimed in the past that the SABR (or sneak attack by Roger) was invented by him, and not Roger Federer.

And, the Australian tennis star didn’t shy away from pulling off the trick shot during his semi-final match against Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov at the Brisbane International on Saturday.

During the deciding third set, Kyrgios – already a break up – decided to take his chance by charging up on a Dimitrov serve.

The risk paid off as he won the point easily on his way to scoring a 3-6 6-1 6-4 conquest. The local favourite will now lock horns with American Ryan Harrison in the final on Sunday.
