The line-ups for the tournaments to be held in the first week of 2018 have been announced.

Three of the world’s top-20 players will be seen in action at the Maharashtra Open, an inaugural ATP 250 event in Pune, India.

Apart from Croatia’s Marin Cilic (No. 6) and South Africa’s Kevin Anderson (No. 14) – both Grand Slam finalists in 2017 – Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut (20) will also be plying his trade.

Meanwhile, world No. 1 Rafael Nadal of Spain will lead the field at the Brisbane International Australia. Bulgaria’s Grigor Dimitrov, who won the ATP Finals in London recently, will also partake at the tournament.

Britain’s Andy Murray will make his return at the same event, which also features local star Nick Kyrgios.

At the ATP 250 event in Doha, Qatar, former world No. 1 Novak Djokovic of Serbia will launch his comeback bid, while Austria’s Dominic Thiem, the current world No. 5, is likely to get the top billing.

Some of the other big names – including Roger Federer, Alexander Zverev and David Goffin – will compete at the Hopman Cup, a mixed team event in Perth.
