Federer Will not Compete in French Open

35-year-old Federer has said that he has decided to continue playing ‘many more years’ for the ATP tour.

Federer said he would start preparing for the Grass Court and the Hard-Court season which starts in June. Federer could not play in the French Open last year due to injury. It was the first time he did not play in that tournament since the debut in 1999.

Federer has won three titles so far, this season. After six months, out of court due to injury, Fedex won Australian open which was his comeback tournament in January.

18 grand slam champions, after winning two weeks of BNP Open in March, he won in Miami Open.
