If John Cena were a tennis player, he would certainly borrow Juan Martin del Potro’s forehand. How could he say ‘You can’t see me’ otherwise?

Well, we are sure Rafael Nadal would vouch for that after his hard-fought win over Del Potro in the Wimbledon quarter-finals on Wednesday.

Despite prevailing 7-5 6-7 4-6 6-4 6-4, Nadal had an uneasy moment towards the end of the fifth set as del Potro hit a stunning 172 kmph forehand.

The left-handed Spaniard tried to engage in a forehand rally with del Potro, but it was cut short by the latter’s booming down-the-line winner.

Nadal’s reaction said it all before he would reveal in press conference that he couldn’t even see the ball.

“I did not even see it. His right is one of the best and most spectacular in the world. When he hits the ball seriously… it’s hard to answer,” he said.

Nadal will face three-time champion Novak Djokovic in the semi-finals on Friday.
