Rafael Nadal may be a superhuman on court, but off it he’s like all of us.

The 17-time Grand Slam champion began his Wimbledon campaign with a routine 6-3 6-2 6-2 win over Dudi Sela of Israel in the first round on Tuesday.

And soon afterward, Nadal went grocery shopping in Wimbledon village as he took to his official Instagram account to share a couple of pictures with his 5.2 million followers.

“Very happy with the win today and after the match, before going home, a bit of groceries…. @wimbledon #groceries,” he wrote the caption.

As can be seen in the snapshots below, Nadal didn’t ditch his tennis outfit as he sported what he usually wears during practice… the cap being no exception.

This is not the first time the Spaniard has been spotted a supermarket. Just a month back, he was photographed struggling with a self-checkout portal at a mall.

Meanwhile, Nadal is scheduled to cross the swords with Kazakhstan’s Mikhail Kukushkin in the second round. The former leads the head-to-head record 3-0.
