Spain’s World No. 23, Feliciano Lopez, heaped praise on World No.1 tennis player Novak Djokovic’s domination on court, as he insists that the top-ranked Serb is unbeatable when playing at his best.

Lopez, who has managed to pull off just a solitary victory over Djokovic – that too via retirement – in their nine head-to-head meetings so far, believes that the Serb’s game has no further room for improvement.

“As for now, he (Djokovic) seems to be number one for a long time,” the 34-year-old Spaniard spoke of Djokovic’s dominance in the rankings list, where he sits atop comfortably with over 16000 points, almost double of 2nd-ranked Andy Murray.

“Today, he being a hundred percent is difficult to win because his game is at a level almost impossible to improve,” added Lopez, who suffered an upset loss to Japanese qualifier Yoshihito Nishioka in the second round of Miami Masters on Friday.

As for Djokovic, the top seed notched up a swift 6-3 6-3 conquest of Great Britain’s Kyle Edmund.
