BRITISH & IRISH LIONS TOUR OF AUSTRALIAN 2013
2nd Test: Australia vs Lions
Saturday, 06 July 2013 – Time: 11:00 BST

12 years ago we had lions touring Australia the last time and it was first time since 1930 that Australian went on to win the 3 test match series, and Lions will be looking to take a revenge and win the series and in 2013 there is alot more hype, more fans are traveling for this great spectacle, here are the 3 test match results from 2001 series.

Match 1: Australia 13 – 29 British Lions
Match 2: Australia 35 – 14 British Lions
Match 3: Australia 29 – 23 British Lions

The team was captained by Martin Johnson, and lions started the series with a superb performence and won the first test but things took a turn around from the 2nd match and Lions lost both the games and hence end of up losing the series against Australia for the first time since 1930, Martin Johnson still holds the record leading lions in two tours.
