Valentino Rossi is well and truely into the twilight years of his wonderfull career but he still takes first place when it comes to earnings among all the motoGP riders. In his hay days he was earning over $35 million a year back in 2007 but since than his performances has gone down with new emerging talent and of course him getting older. But he still takes home in the region of $12 million annual salary with his Yamaha motoGP team, plus he doubles his earnings with around $10 million from various endorsement deals.

Mar Marquez signed a new improved two years contract after going on 8 straight win in 2014 and his yearly salary is around $4 million a year which will sure to rise if he keep his untouchable performances.
