Harrison set World Record in 100-meter Hurdles

American track and field athletes Kenny Harrison finished her 100-meter hurdles at London Anniversary Games after setting world record.

To broken the 28-year-old record of 100-meter hurdles, Harrison took 12.20 seconds at the end at Olympic Stadium in London on Friday.

The previous record was for Bulgarian Yordanka Donkova’s. At 1988, Donkova takes 12.21 seconds to finished 100-meter Hurdles.

Due to finished the United States from 6th Place, 23-year-old Harrison didn’t take part in Rio de Janeiro Olympics on next August.

After achieve the record Harrison said, “After the disqualified from Olympic squad, I want to come here, I wanted to show what I could.”
