Federer Ruled Out from Olympic

17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer did not won Olympic medal so far. With the upcoming Olympics in Rio de Janeiro the hop could be full fill. But former world number one went out of the competition due to a knee injury.

Federer decided to boycott the Rio Olympics due to his injury. He also said, he would not take part in any competitive event of the season. 34-year-old tennis icon decide this hard decision to fully recovering from a knee injury and as part of rehabilitation.

Federer’s dream Olympic gold medal missing out on 2012 London Olympics lost to the British sensation Andy Murray.

34-year-old Federer is quite confident to comeback at court, though he will out for a long time.

“I am inspired as always. In order to play aggressive tennis at 2017, I am planning to stronger, healthier, and fit tennis. ”

Federer knee surgery was in February this year. Due to a back problem he did not play France Open on last May.

After come back from back injury, Federer excite the possibility of winning Wimbledon but lost at the quarterfinals.
