Suarez Returned at the End of the Ban

After the 2014 world cup’s bite-stem ban for Luis Suarez finally going to return to the national team. Barcelona forward made place for the 2018 World Cup qualifying squad, announced by Uruguay. Almost 2 years out of National team, and come back with and extreme form with Barcelona.

Uruguay’s next world cup qualifying match will be against five-time world champions Brazil on March 5. After 4 days latter Oscar Tabarej team will face Peru. For this 2 match, Tabarej announced 28 man team includes Suarez.

At 2014 Brazil World Cup Suarez biting Italian Defender Gorgio Kiyelana, and he was banned for 9 international match for this offense. The Uruguan Striker return on last week of March from this ban.

2 new faces in the squad of 28 man teams, Genoa midfielder Diego Varela and Manchester United right-back Gileramo Laksalat. For the first time, the two are looking forward to play for the national team.

South America zone World Cup qualifying round Uruguay currently ranks second in the table with 9 points after 4 rounds. Ecuador is leading the table with 12 points from 4 round. Four best team out of 10 team from qualifying round will participate in the 2018 World Cup in Russia. And the fifth team will play play-off with a team of Oceania.
