Stones, the world's second most expensive defender

Manchester City named John Stones from Everton for £ 55.6 million and that made him the second expensive defender in the history.

22 years old Stones signed a 6 years contract. And he was the 8th player for City in this transfer window, as well as Pep Guardiola.

Pep Guardiola appointed by Manchester City in this transfer window from German champions Bayern Munich. Before the start of the new season under a new coach Manchester City pulled 7 new players in the squad. Stones is the 8th player.

Stones said after Join to City, “It’s an ambitious club with a great coach. So I cannot wait to start the game. ”
