Man City back to winning streak

Manchester City which is also called is Man City is one of the most popular English club that used to participate in every season of English top flight Premier League. Man City is not one of Big Four club in EPL but still won couple of EPL title. In 2013/14 season, they last grabbed the title. Now, in the ongoing season of Premier League, they are in great form and made most winning record already. In their last match, they got victory over Watford and so, Man City back to winning streak again. It has been told because earlier in last year 2017, they finished the year by making a draw against Crystal Palace by 0 – 0. Now, in the new year, team Man City has started with victory.

The finishing touch of the end of last year was so disappointing. But Manchester City has started the new year amazingly. Raheem Sterling and Aguero got goals in their last match and through them, the team of Pep Guardiola beat Watford and came back to the winning streak.

In last Tuesday at Etihad Stadium, Manchester City won by 3 – 1 goals. The other goal of them was just suicidal goal. In English Premier League, Manchester City won consecutive 18 matches which was a record but after than in last Sunday against Crystal Palace, they made a draw with 0 – 0 goals. The club is in top position on the EPL point table undoubtedly.

At the home ground, Manchester City started the match amazingly. In the 40th seconds of the match, from the left side Sane made a cross and English midfielder Sterling got the ball in front of the goal post into the box. He just touched it to the goal. So, they got their first goal by then. In 13th minutes of the game, due to the fault of Watford Man City got their second goal. Kevin De Bruyne crossed the ball to the Argentine striker Aguero which was about to stop by Belgian defender Kabasele and due to his fault, the suicidal goal was attempted.

Man City made several attacks and they could increase their difference once again. But the shot of Kevin De Bruyne was hit to the crossbar. So, first half finished with 2 – 0 goals.

In 63rd minutes, through the goal of Aguero Man City secured their victory in the match. The cross of Bruyne was stopped by goalkeeper but could not make it out of danger. In return ball, the Argentine striker got and touched it to the goal. In 82nd minutes, Watford got a goal but that did not change the result of the match.
