A female journalist was kissed on the cheek, groped on her breast by an unidentified man during live broadcast at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Julieth Gonzalez Theran, a Colombian reporter working for German publication Deutsche Welle, was reporting on a busy spot when an un-gentleman came too close to her from the left, grabbed her breast and forcibly smooched her.

She, however, showed off utmost professionalism as she shrugged it off to continue reporting.

According to New York Post, the incident happened in Saransk last week, even before the main draw had kicked-off.

Theran later took to her Instagram account to share a video and express her displeasure at it.

“RESPECT! We do not deserve this deal. We are equally valuable and professional. I share the joy of football, but we must identify the limits of affection and harassment,” she wrote the caption.

And fans were quick to praise Theran for the way she handled the situation.

“I’m sorry that happened to you! You handled it with grace. He should be tortured for acting like a pig,” one person wrote.

“People who are saying this is not sexual harassment are mostly men. Disappointed but not surprised,” another comment read.
