England midfielder Marcus Rashford jetted off to Faro, Portugal, for a short break ahead of the next month’s FIFA World Cup.

However, Rashford, who recently featured in Manchester United’s 0-1 defeat to arch-rivals Chelsea in the FA Cup final, is utilizing the time off in working out his body.

The 20-year-old trained with his brother Dane, who took to social media to share a picture of the duo working out their core along with Salford City’s Lois Maynard.

“Core circuits,” he captioned the image to his 23,000 followers on Instagram.

Rashford and company later also enjoyed a session of poolside football. Getting a goalkeeper’s feeling, huh?

Meanwhile, England have been grouped alongside Belgium, Tunisia and Panama. They are scheduled to open their campaign against Tunisia come June 18.
