Once again Real Madrid fails to win the match in their opponents field as they have found lacking every aspect of the game. The continued bad performance of the team is going on for quite a while and they haven’t shown any sign of improvement in this time. From January under the new manager Zinedine Zidan they played 3 away matches and only managed to only one of them while the other 2 matches were draw. This is straightly a bad performance by them.
Before the match against Malaga, Barcelona was 10 points ahead and Zidan said that its getting tougher to reduce the gap and it may hurt to loose points at this rate but that is exactly what happened. After everything, Barcelona is 9 points ahead and looking much better than ever before. Even Atletico is holding the advantage of playing one less match than real and that is 3 points if they win.

This match however, gave Real Madrid a fair amount of chances. Not only they got the first goal of the game but after the equalizer, they also got the chance to get ahead which was essentially a penalty shot but Cristiano Ronaldo failed at that and it cost them the match. However, it was Ronaldo who got the first goal in but in the end he is subjected to criticism because his missed penalty probably ended up missing the win in this match.
