Do you know Sachin Tendulkar? If you consider me to be a charlatan after reading the question then you’re certainly not a cricket fan. The reason why I say this is that every cricket hanger-on knows him, not only because of his unprecedented on-field skills, but also because of his idyllic integrity.

So, when he stepped on to the field after Australia’s triumph over New Zealand in the title-clash of the World Cup 2015 recently, Tendulkar was entertained by a huge cheer from the spectators. The players could also not resist themselves from meeting up with the Indian legend.

When the ‘Little Master’ arrived on the ground amidst a blissful atmosphere from the Australian contingent, the crowd in the stands was awe-struck with his mere presence. Even Australia batsman, Glenn Maxwell, led his interview midway to embrace Tendulkar.

Interestingly, when Tendulkar was asked to turn up and hand over the ‘Player of the Tournament’ trophy to Australia’s Mitchell Starc, the Indian received higher applause from the crowd than the trophy-conqueror himself. What could be better than this, folks?
