Thomson-Grout Include Aussi Hall of Fame

Australia honored two of their legends player. Former pacer Jeff Thomson and Let wicket keeper-batsman Wally Grout’s are respected by CA with includes Hall of Fame.

Thomson is one of the fearsome bowler on his time. In 1970s, his fearsome bowling were create fear on opposition batsmen. His and Danish Lily’s partnership is one of the best bowling partnership in cricket history.

Thomson took 200 wickets in only 51 wickets with 28 average, while he played his debut test on 1973 against Pakistan in Melbourne. 50 ODI played Thomson also played 1975’s first ODI and played his last ODI at 1985.

Like Thomson, Grout also played 51 test for Australia. In this career he have total 187 dismissal. Which was that time Australian record. He was just beyond English wicket keeper Godfrey Evans. Grout played for Australia from 1957 to 1966 but at only 41 years of age he died of a heart attack.

Before Thomson and Grout, since 1996, more 43 player were Thomson at hall of fame.
