Team India destroyed Aussie in ODI series

Australia cricket team is currently in India and they are currently playing a series with Men in Blue. The series against India consists of five ODIs and three T20Is. They have already finished the ODI series and starting to play T20I series as well. In ODI series, team India simply destroyed Australia completely though Aussie are not whitewashed but lost four matches out of five. One match is drawn as well.

Australia recently played a Test series with India as well but also faced defeat there. Now, they have started their ODI series in 17th September, 2017 with the inaugural match which was staged in Chennai. There India won the toss and came to bat. They scored 281 runs with seven wickets but team Australia finished their innings with 137 runs by losing nine wickets. India won by D/L method.

Team India destroyed Aussie in ODI series

In 21st September, 2017, they played 2nd ODI and also India won the toss and scored 252 runs. On the other hand Australia finished their innings with 202 runs by losing all wickets. India won by 50 runs so far. 3rd ODI was so important for Australia but there as well they could not score sufficient runs. They scored 293 runs in selected 50 overs where team India scored 294 runs easily by losing five wickets and secured the ODI series.

Finally team Australia won the fourth ODI where they scored 334 runs and team India finished their batting by scoring 313 runs so far. So, after four matches, the result was 3 – 1. In fifth and final ODI, team India has again defeated Australia by seven wickets. So, it seems Australia have suffered their long batting problem.

India has moved to the top in ICC ODI ranking again and Australia demoted to the 3rd position as we speak. They are now playing a T20I series against India which consists of three matches. First match will take place in next 7th October, 2017.
