Sunrisers Hyderabad got 6th victory in IPL

Sunrisers Hyderabad can be considered as one of the most successful franchise team in the ongoing season of Indian Premier League 2018. Earlier, they won the IPL title once but this time, they would take another one. They have played already eight matches in the season and won total six times. Through their last match, Sunrisers Hyderabad got 6th victory in IPL 2018. It was the 8th match of them where their opponent was Rajasthan Royals. Sunrisers Hyderabad is in 2nd position on Indian Premier League 2018 point table.

Sunrisers Hyderabad got 6th victory in IPL

Rajasthan Royals is one of the two participants which has come back to the competition after passing two seasons punishment. Now, they have failed to show their previous form and in order to do so, they had to fight well and provided their best. But they did not able to do that.

It was the 7th match of Rajasthan Royals but 8th match of Sunrisers Hyderabad. By playing seven matches, Rajasthan Royals won three times only where by playing eight matches, SRH won six times. So, between them there are huge points difference.

Against Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajasthan Royals faced defeat at their home venue. They played at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in 29th April, 2018. It was the 28th match of the tournament IPL 2018.

Earlie in 29th April, 2018 Sunrisers Hyderabad won the toss and went to the opposite way, they decided to bat first. Generally toss winning team took bowl in the tournament. But SRH took the opposite choice. Hales and Dhawan, they started their innings. Hales scored 45 runs where Dhawan scored only 6 runs in the match. The other one run scorer was Williamson who scored highest 63 runs so far. Rest players failed to add much in the match. At the end, SRH ended their innings scoring 151 runs in exchange for seven wickets. Archer took three wickets and Gowtham took two wickets for RR.

Rajasthan Royals cam to chase later. The target was not big but difficult for the local team. Started with Rahane and Tripathi, they failed to make any handsome score. Tripathi scored 4 runs just. Later, Samson came up and jointly Rahane and Samson played well. Samson scored 40 runs. Rest players wasted balls much and failed to chase the target. Rahane remained not out with 65 runs. In 20 overs, Rajasthan Royals scored 140 runs. They lost six wickets in the match. They went close to the victory but failed. Kaul took two wickets highest for SRH.
