Rajasthan Royals is still keeping their chance alive to get promoted to the playoff round. They are holding the 4th position on the point table. And they just need to win their next matches to secure their playoff journey. They are the worthy team which was proved earlier. Though at the beginning of the season, they were so dim but they are now regain their full form. It has been told that their last match opponent Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals suffered two years punishment from IPL and in the season, they have returned. Since the beginning, CSK was in very good form but after few matches RR has come to the spotlight. Today we would like to talk about their last match. In the last match, Rajasthan Royals won by 4 wickets against Chennai Super Kings.

It was the 2nd face to face battle between this two teams. In the first match which was staged at the home venue of CSK. There Chennai Super Kings beat Rajasthan Royals easily. Now in return in the 2nd battle, RR took the proper revenge against their old rival.

Chennai Super Kings are going to qualify for the next round it seems. They are in very good form and faced defeat in the season only few number of times. They are holding the 2nd position and in every match, they are moving closer to the next round.

The match between Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals was the 43rd match in the tournament which was staged at the home venue of RR. In 11th May, 2018 at the home venue, the local team faced defeat at the toss and so opponent CSK came to bat first.

Watson and Rayudu tried to make a good start but in 19 runs Rayudu was gone. Later, Raina and Watson made apartnership that added almost 85 runs more to the scoreboard. Watson scored 39 runs and Raina scored 52 runs highest. Dhoni came up later and took the lead of the team. He scored 33 runs undefeated where Billings scored 27 runs so far. At the end of 20 overs, Chennai Super Kings scored 176 runs in exchange for 4 wickets so far.

Buttler and Stokes made a good head start for Rajasthan Royals. Openers added 48 runs to the scoreboard where Stokes was gone with 11 runs only. Buttler remained unbeaten and left the ground with victory. He scored 95 runs highest. Besides,  Samson scored 21 runs and Binny scored 22 runs for the team. In 19.5 overs team RR reached the target by losing six wickets. So, CSK were defeated by four wickets against Rajasthan Royals.
