James Faulkner is in tremendous form at the moment. He is also one of the key players to watch in Australia. In the final of tri-nations series, he scored a blazing 50 in 24 balls when he came out at number 8 for his batting. he also got a wicket on the very first ball he bowled. Although his performance didn’t get that much attention thanks to Maxwell’s performance on that day. But this player was undeniably one of the keys for Australia’s win in this match. Bu they he had to walk out of the field as he was injured during his bowing in 2.3 overs.

His injury may be serious and he may even end up not playing at all.

While the entire Australia is worried about Clarke, i believe its this man’s injury that they should be most worried about. Faulkner has already been a key player in most of the matches that Australia won recently. He took a lot of wickets while keeping a good average of run.

Instead of Clarke, Bailey may play but Australia doesn’t have anyone in their disposal that could replace Faulkner at the moment. If they take a bowler then they will short of a capable batsman and if they take batsman then they will short of 1 capable bowler. So, i believe, Australia should worry more about having Faulkner back.
