Ireland beat West Indies at world cup matches

At the first match of West Indies and Ireland was played today. Ireland have got their first victories against West Indies also at 2015 Cricket World cup. They have beat West Indies by 4 wickets and 25 balls reaming.

West Indies scored 304 runs after batting first. But the bottom team of ICC ranking had beat West Indies easily in 45.5 balls. This is the third victories for Ireland to chase over 300 runs.

In the opening partnership Porterfield added 71 runs with Paul Stirling. In second wickets 106 runs had been come in Porterfield and ED Joyce. Opener Stirling out at 92 runs without gating his first world cup century. He build it at 84 balls with 9 runs and 3 wickets. Joyce played his 84 runs innings in 67 balls. He was hit 10 fours and 2 sixes.

But the match winning hero is Neil O’Bryan was played 79 unbeaten innings in just 60 balls.

Simons scored 102 runs for West Indies and Sammy Scored 89 runs in 67 balls. He had hit 5 sixes and 9 fours.

Ireland’s left arm spinner Docral took 3 wickets for 50 runs.

Simons and Sammy add 154 runs in 6th wickets partnership. It is the highest 6th wickets stand at world cup.
