India’s current head coach Anil Kumble will end the one-year contract after the Champions Trophy. Last month, the Indian cricket board and the BCCI invited the invitees to apply for the post of Indian coach.

In this process, only Kumble is directly connected. Because, he is involved in the current team, he is not going to apply again. Since BCCI coaches have been advertised, many have shown interest in showing their names.

Former India opener Virender Sehwag is going to fight for the post of coach with Kumble, Richard Pybus, Tom Moody, Lalchand Rajput, Dodda Ganesha and Craig McDermott. Meanwhile, Australian legend Shane Warne expressed interest in being the coach of India.

Warne said that the Indian board does not have the money to coach him. Warne said, ‘I am very expensive. I do not think the BCCI can pay me. A good partnership with Virat Kohli and me can be developed. But before I said, I am very expensive, very expensive. ‘

The Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) will conduct interviews with Sachin Tendulkar, Sourav Ganguly and VVS Laxman and will see the presentation of the applicants. The committee was directly involved in the process of coaching Kumble in June last year.

After playing the game of goodbye, Warne played in the first four IPL matches. He made his Rajasthan Royals champion in the inauguration of the tournament. After leaving the IPL, Warne has taken over his career as a commentator.
