I will play for National Team Again – Mohammad Asif

His teammates Mohammad Amir’s had a remarkable return to cricket. After few days, he is getting back to Test cricket arena as well. However, Mohammad Asif still struggling at domestic cricket. But he will play for Pakistan national team again, Right arm fast bowler gave such a hint.


Asif said, “A friend of mine told me to come here (Norway Capital). The atmosphere here is great. So I’m here. Here, Cricket is not so popular. However, many cricket matches are held. ”

At 2010 against England at Lord’s Asif, Mohammad Amir and former captain Salman Butt were involved in spot fixing. All three were Ban from cricket for five years.  Spent several periods Jail as well. As young and talented players Amir  get chance quickly to national team.

Asif said more, “It was a very difficult time. However, I have passed the time. Now I’m all right. I do not want to talk about it more. Now it just time for to play cricket to me. ”

During banned from cricket Asif was the second at test ranking with South African fast bowler Dale Steyn. . He believes will play again with Pakistan Cricket team, “I hope PCB will choose me for Pakistan’s next tour of Australia and New Zealand. I am sure that I will play again. I have a dream to play more than three or four years for national team. ”

Asif played  23 Tests for Pakistan. He took 106 wickets in 2.99 economies. There are 38 one-day matches and 46 wickets in his possession.
