England on the way to big score in Chennai Test

English team has already lost their Test series against India where they are currently touring India to play a complete series consists of Tests, ODIs and T20Is. Their tour has started with long format crickets in 9th November, 2016. AT the first Test in Rajkot, English team showed amazing skills and so, they were very hopeful about win the series. But, they have failed completely by losing rest three Tests consecutively. As a result, they have already lost the series though, still one match is in hand. Now, they are playing the last Test which has started in 16th December, 2016 at Chennai and they are trying to win this match to prevent fiasco. Though, it was uncertain about the last Test due to bad weather but the sky was clear and they have started the match yesterday.

At the final Test of five match series, England won the toss and decided to bat first. Now, in the session 2 of 2nd day, England has scored 398 runs by losing seven wickets so far and it seems that they are on the way to a large score. Though, they have failed to make a good start but lost their first two wickets when team suns were almost 21. Moeen Ali made a century in the first innings and J. Root has scored 88 runs so far. At their 3rd wicket partnership, they have added almost 150 runs. So, based on it, they are going to make a good score and by any means, they are desperate to take the control of the match.

On the other side, team India also very desperate to win this Test and make it a history which team is led by a legend batsman Virat Kohli. It is the very first Test series for him to win over England and so, he would not let this chance get away easily.

India’s star bowler Ashwin has taken just one wicket till now who was the regarded as one of the main contributor of last two Test win. But, Ravindra Jadeja has taken three wickets in Chennai test where Yadav has got one and Sharma has got two wickets so far.
