The Zimbabwe Cricket today confirmed that they will be hosting India for a short series comprising of 3 One-Day Internationals (ODI) and 2 Twenty20 Internationals in July this year.

According to Zimbabwe managing director Alistair Campbell, two-time World Champions India will be arriving on July 7 in Harare, which is slated to host all the matches.

He added that the series itinerary has almost been prepared and is expected to make public by the end of this week. He further said that the visitors will leave 13 days after on July 20.

The last time India visited Zimbabwe for a bilateral series was in 2013, where the touring team completed a successful clean sweep in the five-match ODI series.

Currently, India are in their neighboring country Bangladesh for a one-off Test and three-match ODI series that is scheduled to run from June 10-24.
