Legendary Indian Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan made his India Premier League (IPL) debut as a spectator at the Wankhede Stadium to witness the Mumbai Indians lock horns with the Kolkata Knight Riders on Thursday.

During the first innings of the action-packed encounter, Amitabh was interviewed by legendary India batsman Sunil Gavaskar, and also had Sachin Tendulkar alongside. It was an astonishing sight to see three legends together at the celebrated cricket venue!

Bachchan, who is an ardent cricket fan, was really excited to attend the match. He was seen in a dilemma, when asked to pick his favorite out of the two teams. The reason being, though the much-loved actor is a Mumbai-resident, his in-laws belong to Kolkata. So, he happens to be a ‘son-in-law’ or Jamai babu of Kolkata, hence he couldn’t chose one team for support.

He also expressed his desire for being a full-time commentator for the IPL and also stated that he was just a call away.

Well, we must say that Wankhede was worth more than a million Earth today.
