While the participating nations are busy plotting their strategies, Afghanistan don’t mind having a bit of fun along with it.

In a video that has gone viral on internet, the team’s star players Mohammad Shehzad and Rashid Khan can be seen showing off their love for Bollywood songs. The duo first sang ‘Maula mere lele meri jaan’ before dancing on the tunes of ‘Aaj ki party mere taraf se’.

While Shehzad and Rashid continued to shake a leg, the former asked teammate Gulbadin Naib to join in, who refused and got a friendly slap from the wicket-keeper.

“These Afgan cricketers r thorough entertainers! kudos to them,” one person wrote. “They know how to make it large! Be it their cricket or their celebrations!”

“True that I just love the spirit of @ACBofficials,” another one added.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan have lost both their matches (against Australia and Sri Lanka) so far. They will look to put their first points on the board when they next lock horns with New Zealand come June 8.
