Conor McGregor held to draw in first boxing match since Floyd Mayweather defeat

Former UFC superstar Conor McGregor fought inside a boxing ring for the first time since losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr in his professional debut back in August 2017.
The Irishman took part in a four-round amateur bout against compatriot Michael McGrane at Crumlin Boxing Club in Dublin on Friday. The fight ended in a draw.
Following the battle, the duo appeared in high spirits as they were lifted by members of their entourage before they posed for shutterbugs with fans and other staff.
McGregor, a former featherweight and lightweight champion, recently announced his retirement from the Mixed Martial Arts even as many believe he would make a comeback, as has been the case in the past.
McGregor, 30, last made an appearance in the UFC against arch-rival Khabib Nurmagomedov in June last year (he lost by submission in fourth round).
