Billy Joe Saunders took a dig at Chris Eubank Jr following the latter’s second career defeat on Saturday night.

Eubank Jr was handed a unanimous decision defeat at the hands of fellow Brit George Groves in a super middleweight contest at the World Boxing Super Series semi-finals.

Saunders and Eubank Jr have been bitter rivals even before they took their rivalry to the ring, where the former eked out a split decision win in a thrilling contest back in 2014.

And Saunders couldn’t help taking a shot at Eubank Jr and Sr on Twitter.

“Think @WBSuperSeries should look at the wrapping of Eubanks very dangerous to do that,” he wrote to his 111,000 followers, before going on to claim: “Eubanks would never beat me as long as my hart beats.”

“@ChrisEubank @ChrisEubankJr you should hv done them 10 punches per second in that fight pair of wankers you to,” Saunders tweeted further.

Meanwhile, Saunders is preparing to defend his WBO middleweight belt against Martin Murray at the O2 Arena in London.
