Dillian Whyte has ‘blocked’ Dereck Chisora on social media following threatening exchange, the ‘Del Boy’ has revealed.

Whyte and Chisora have been bitter rivals ever since their controversial bout in December 16 that the former won by split decision. Their enmity worsened after the duo was involved in a headed ringside confrontation during the rematch between Tony Bellew and David Haye last month.

The confrontation continued as Chisora took to his official Twiiter handle to share a screenshot of threatening messages from Whyte.

Talking about a potential rematch, Chisora told Sky Sports: “I don’t know yet, but you have to give me that fight, Dillian. We’ll have to see.

“He’s blocked me on Instagram and everything. He blocked me on Twitter as well. He is upset.”

Whyte is scheduled to trade punches with former WBO champion Joseph Parker, who, like his upcoming opponent, has lost just once to Anthony Joshua.

But, Chisora believes it will be Parker who will come out trumps come July 28. “He’s going to get battered,” he opined. “Joseph is very fast. It will be a good fight, anyway.”

And they could bump into each other once again as Chisora is scheduled to fight Carlos Takam on Whyte’s undercard.
