When Anthony Joshua is not making millions of dollars fighting in the ring, he’s busy winning some off it, it seems.

The British heavyweight champion put his prediction cap on to decide the outcome of the fight between his unbeaten countrymen Lawrence Okolie and Luke Watkins in a battle of cruiserweights on Wednesday.

And he got it spot on!

The IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO holder, placed a bet of £80 on Okolie to stop Watkins in the third of their scheduled 12-round fight.

As it turned out, Okolie did just that, knocking Watkins out in the third round to win the Commonwealth and WBA Continental belts.

Joshua’s profit? Well, he won £1040.

This is not the first time the 2012 Olympic gold medallist has showed off his strong guessing game.

Back in March, Joshua predicted Dillian Whyte to knock Lucas Browne out in the sixth round of their fight – exactly what happened as he won £650 against a bet of £25.

No wonder, he’s got a sharp mind!
